The history of vodka in Poland definitely begins with alcoholic herbal extracts. Herbal extracts were produced earlier, however, already in 1534, the herbarium “About herbs and their power” was published in Krakow, where a lot of space was devoted to vodka produced at that time as a medicine and alcoholic herbal vodka, mentioning them in this work as many as 72. We with the Classic gin product we decided to draw the spirit from the long Polish tradition of producing herbal extracts, however, in the sensory form known and liked today in the form of Gin, the basic herb of which is the commonly occurring juniper fruit. The composition we present is composed of essential citrus notes, creating an exquisite composition.
