IN BARRELS FULL OF DISTILLATE MADE FRUIT

Distillate groups differ from each other in the material from which they were produced; for example, whiskey is a grain distillate, rum is a sugarcane distillate, and a grape cognac is later barrel aged. So what is the aged raspberry or quince distillate? A completely new product category.

Yes and no. Legal complexities in Poland mean that we had to introduce appropriate solutions so that you could invest with us. If you invest in a barrel (capacity from 5 to 225 liters) with distillate, the barrel itself becomes your property immediately, while the alcohol inside must legally belong to us throughout the aging period. This is due to the fact that the alcohol is aged on the premises of a tax warehouse and is subject to the excise duty suspension procedure. This procedure can only be used by companies with the appropriate permits, not by individuals. This procedure allows the payment of the excise duty due only after the barrel has been removed from the warehouse, i.e. even 10 years after production, instead of immediately. Alcohol may belong to you right away, if you also pay the excise duty due with us at the Tax Office at once. Anyway, you can pick up the barrel after at least three years of aging, use it as an unusual wedding or birthday gift, or leave it in our hands with a guarantee of at least 15% return (with valorization) after 3 years.

No. The tokens were introduced by other distilleries to allow the division of one barrel among more investors. We offer fruit distillate aging only to customers who decide on the whole barrel (from 5l to 225l), and we sign the contract with established legal solutions.
