Wild Plum Slivovitz – This is NOT flavored vodka, it is the highest quality distillate where alcohol is made by fermenting and distilling a large amount of given fruit WITHOUT adding sugar. This means that all the power comes straight from the Mirabelles and its unique taste and aroma is the spirit and heart drawn straight from the fruit. Distillate groups differ from each other in the material from which they were produced; for example, whiskey is a grain distillate, rum is a sugarcane distillate, and cognac is a grape distillate. The distillates presented by us actually form completely separate branches of products, distinguishing themselves with the raw material from which the alcohol was produced.
In the production of our distillates, all the sugar converted by yeast into alcohol comes naturally from the plant and is NOT added externally.
